FREE Sage Accpac Telephone Support
A.I.M Services, Inc. is pleased to announce FREE telephone support for Sage Accpac ERP.
FREE support includes:

• Providing information on program functionality
• Clarifying and explaining the significance of error messages
• Help with product activation code issues
• Determining whether an issue is program, database or environment related
• Using remote assistance tools to assess issue as necessaryFREE support does not include:
• Database repair
• Creating, updating or supporting any modifications/customizations, including custom reports
• Network support
• Product training
• Installation of products, upgrades and service packs
• Onsite support
• Accounting supportCustomer requirements to qualify for free support:
• Customers must be current with Sage Accpac Software Assurance
• Customers must be on the current version or one previous version of the software

• If you require additional training on your Sage Accpac software, training is available for an additional fee
• Should you require support outside the scope of Free support, support is available based on our standard rates
