We provide a Sage Accpac technical support hotline, with dedicated staff available to answer your questions. Sage Accpac customers who are current with their Software Assurance and have A.I.M. Services, Inc. as their business partner of record may be eligible for free technical support.
FREE Sage Accpac Telephone Support
A.I.M Services, Inc. is pleased to announce FREE telephone support for Sage Accpac ERP.
FREE support includes:
- Providing information on program functionality
- Clarifying and explaining the significance of error messages
- Help with product activation code issues
- Determining whether an issue is program, database or environment related
- Using remote assistance tools to assess issue as necessary
FREE support does not include:
- Database repair
- Creating, updating or supporting any modifications/customizations, including custom reports
- Network support
- Product training
- Installation of products, upgrades and service packs
- Onsite support
- Accounting support
Customer requirements to qualify for free support:
- Customers must be current with Sage Accpac Software Assurance
- Customers must be on the current version or one previous version of the software
- Call our Help desk at 1-310-313-0047
- A.I.M. Services, Inc. must be your Business Partner of Record
- If you require additional training on your Sage Accpac software, training is available for an additional fee
- Should you require support outside the scope of Free support, support is available based on our standard rates
