Imtiaz Khan
Founder, Senior Business Consultant (SBC)
Imtiaz founded aimINSIGHT in 1988. He specializes in managed IT solutions and is an expert in supply chain technology including networking, servers, storage and security. He’s certified in Microsoft, Cisco, Novell and is a Sage Accpac Consultant. Imtiaz is very proud of his family. His wife, Hamida, is a nurse practitioner and is completing her nursing education at UCLA. He has two sons, Zayan (7) and Zanir (4). Zayan has recently had an article published in the LA Times on Sea Lions. Imtiaz passionately enjoys playing cricket. He’s a very talented bowler (pitcher) and is part of a cricket club that meets on the weekends. Imtiaz and his family live in Culver City.

Amjad Khan
Senior Business Consultant (SBC)
As a CFO and CIO with broad experience in all aspects of accounting, project management and financial management, Amjad is also uniquely positioned as an application developer, database administrator, and project manager in a wide variety of supply chain technology applications.
Amjad also has an extensive background in inventory optimization, full cycle business workflow implementation and integration, as well as integration of disparate departments, people, process and technologies implementing various ERP applications in diverse environment with an emphasis on distribution, supply chain, CRM, manufacturing, retail and non-profits. Some of Amjad’s certifications include: Sage Accpac ERP Developer, Sage Accpac ERP Certified Consultant, Novell and various Microsoft products.
Amjad is also very active in several non-profit groups. He is a board member of the United Nations Association, Pasadena-Foothills Chapter. He co-leads the West Los Angeles RESULTS chapter working to eliminate global poverty. He’s als Chief Consultant and Strategist for the Los Angeles County Annual Run for Health Specialties. He also works to promote awareness for the Aga Khan Development Network.

Carlos Arguelles Sala
Senior Business Consultant (SBC)
Because of his experience in finance,supply chain technology and Accpac ERP, Carlos joined aimINSIGHT in 2006 and has worked on several Accpac integration projects, giving clients expanded product capabilities beyond standard functionality.
Carlos has extensive experience as a CFO and has been a product manager at several worldwide banks leading enterprise cash management strategies and products like office banking, internet banking, payment providers, payrolls and B2B factoring online. He also launched the first banking fingerprint biometric application to authenticate users for an office banking application. As a consultant Carlos worked in several projects like pre-payment and post-payment collections for several telecommunications companies. Some of his certifications include Industrial Engineering Degree and an MBA.

Jon Donaghe
Consultant (CG)
Jon, a COMPTIA A+ Technician, has been working in the IT industry since 2000 as a programmer and software engineer. He has solid experience in the creation, implementation, and delivery of commercial, high quality inventory optimization solutions that meet today’s supply chain business needs in application, database and web development.
Over the past nine years, Jon has provided custom .NET 2002 to 2008 solutions and is an expert in the field of Accpac and Adagio third-party development. He also has extensive experience with Crystal Reports, record storage software development and add-ons and SQL Server 2000/2005.

Amin Lalani
Consultant (CG)
Amin brings years of experience in the area of eCommerce and SEO to the AIM team. His consulting company, The Cyber Bridge, assists companies with web programming, setting up ecommerce sites and optimizing the web experience. He received his MBA from Hamdard University in 2005. He is a certified SAP Material Management (Procurement) Consultant and holds diploma in Supply Chain Management from Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in the UK. He’s lived and traveled throughout North America and Pakistan. He and his wife have very recently become proud parents for the first time.

Shawn Nizar
Project Manager (PMG)
Shawn works closely with our Senior Business Consultants throughout the discovery and innovation process bringing you the latest in supply chain technology and fresh ideas so that your custom processes are a perfect fit. Shawn has been doing extensive software process designing and development in e-commerce and business process design and development. He has expertise in C#.NET, ASP.NET, SQL Server, business process design, system/database design and consumer communication screen design. Some of his specialties include order entry, product management, employee portal and timesheets, customer portal and CRM with sales and customer reports.
Shawn is passionate about promoting awareness of the work of the Aga Khan Development Network and is also a talented musician and prolific song writer. He teaches music to youth in his community and has recently released a new web album, Manzil, which can be downloaded from his website.

Kara Stewart
Communications and Marketing (CMG)
Kara has only recently joined aimINSIGHT to assist with their marketing and communications efforts. Previously, she worked at Ingram Micro marketing servers, storage, virtualization and other high-end hardware solutions from Cisco, HP, IBM and others in their state-of-the-art Solution Center. Since joining aimINSIGHT, she's become an integral part of the consulting process, bringing a non-technical perspective to the understanding of the client's workflow and helping to ensure a smooth training process.
Like Amjad, Kara is actively involved in the non-profit wold. Currently she is co-leader of the Orange County chapter of RESULTS, a grassroots, non-partisan lobbying group dedicated to eradicating hunger and poverty. She is also dedicated to promoting awareness of the Aga Khan Development Network. She received her M.A. in Theology and Culture from Fuller Theological Seminary in 2007 and has been active in the arts for many years, especially music. Yasmin joined aimINSIGHT 8 years ago to oversee customer service. She ensures that all of our customers have their renewals on time and have access to technical support when it’s needed. Yasmin is considered by the team as the heart of aimINSIGHT in more ways than one. She cares deeply about our clients. They can always rely on her to be on their side and make sure their needs are being met. Yasmin loves to exercise and meditate. She also has a great affinity for game shows.
